I came to this facility for a 3-day Udwartana treatment, and my experience has been wonderful. The facility is extremely clean, and the ambiance is very welcoming and peaceful.
The practitioner, Dr. Atulya, along with the therapists, are exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Atulya listens attentively, truly understands individual needs, and tailors the treatment accordingly. She is very thorough and takes the time to explain every step of the process.

This wellness center is awesome. Doctor Nair and all other team is very caring. They will help you all the way from proper diagnosis of the root health problems and then treat in best possible way. I have been to woodland park anf Jersey city locations . They both are great. Dont hesitate to make appointment with Dr. Ambika Nair and her team practitioners. You will thank yourself for doing this. I.am speaking from experience as I feel much much better being under Dr. Nair care since 5 months and have not felt better in other treatment plans for years.
